What ingredients do you use in your products?
All Shreenav Cosmetics products are formulated with a blend of natural, dermatologically-tested ingredients. We avoid harsh sulphates, parabens, and synthetic fragrances wherever possible — full ingredient lists are available on each product page.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, every product we sell is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we work only with suppliers who share the same commitment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently we only ship within India. We are working on expanding to international shipping soon — follow us on our social channels for updates.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also check your order status anytime from the "My Account" section after logging in.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin, but we always recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before full use, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them, as long as they haven't already been shipped. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to make changes.
